Why Make the Switch to Environ?
Let me start by telling you how I got introduced to Environ. I had a new client come into the spa for services, and I was blown away by how flawless her skin was! When I asked what products she used, she told me, Environ. That was about 7 months ago, and that as when I started researching the product line. I spent 6 months researching the line before finding a medical affiliate and placing my first order.
Environ is created by Dr. Des Fernandes, a doctor, surgeon, scientist, and the pioneer of microneedling. After losing two young patients due to skin cancer, he set out to discover how to make skin healthier and more resilient against UV and other pollutants that cause free radicals. In that process, he discovered that we are all deficient in Vitamin A, and that if we all had enough Vitamin A, it would actually help protect us from the sun! In addition, if we normalize Vitamin A in our skin, it helps ALL skin issues…acne, redness, pigmentation, rosacea, uneven texture, fine lines & wrinkles, laxicity, thinning, broken capillaries, eczema, keratosis, etc.
Vitamin A is the cornerstone ingredient in the Environ product line, but they do it in a Step Up Program that allows each client’s skin to gradually adapt to higher and higher levels of vitamin A and to avoid any retinoid reaction or irritation. In addition, it is not a retinol. It is a retinyl palmitate and retinyl propionate, so it is lipid soluble and goes deeper into the skin and not cause a sensitivity to the sun, unlike retinol. After two to three bottles (90 days each) of each level, you progress to the next level, until you work your way up to the optimum level 4+ of all ingredients.
The next key ingredient is Vitamin C. Vitamin C is imperative for several reasons. You need it to synthesize collagen, it lightens pigmentations, it helps tighten laxicity, and it brightens the complexion. It is also a powerful antioxidant and recycles Vitamin E, which is the 3 rd key ingredient Environ incorporates in their products. Vitamin E helps A & C work better, it’s a powerful antioxidant, and a great moisturizing agent. In fact, A, C, & E are 80% of what all of your skin cells need!
